Agilent N7800A Test Management Environment (TME) Software

Minimum Requirements to Run Software

2 GHz Pentium 4 (4 GHz or faster recommended)
2048 MB RAM (4096 MB or more recommended)
Hard drive with 4 GB available or 10% of hard drive size, whichever is greater
Minimum 1024 x 768 high color, 32-bit.
Operating system supported:
- Windows XP Professional (SP2 or higher)
- Windows Vista (32-bit)
- Windows 7 SP1 32-bit Professional and Ultimate Editions
- Windows 7 SP1 64-bit Professional and Ultimate Editions
Additional software:
- .NET Framework 4
- Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 or higher

Agilent N78xxA Calibration Application

Note:

The calibration application software requires a license key to operate.
To obtain a key contact your local Agilent Technologies Sales Representative.

Minimum Requirements to Run Software

PC Hardware

2 GHz Pentium 4 (4 GHz or faster recommended)
2048 MB RAM (4096 MB or more recommended)
Hard drive with 4 GB available or 10% of hard drive size, whichever is greater.
Plus, 500 MB available hard drive space per application
1024 x 768 high color, 32-bit

GPIB card (One of the following cards must be installed prior to installing this application):
- Agilent 82350A/B PCI-GPIB - http://www.agilent.com/find/82350B
- Agilent 82357B USB/GPIB - http://www.agilent.com/find/82357B
- Agilent IO Library suite 16.0*
- NI PCI-GPIB
- NI PCMCIA for notebook computer
- NI GPIB-USB-HS
- NI-488.2 rev 2.8** and NI Visa Library rev 5.0.3**

Follow these steps to install the N78xxA test software

Close all applications.
Download application .ZIP file to the PC desktop.
Open the .ZIP file and extract the Setup.exe file to the PC desktop.
Run Setup.exe as follows:
- Win XP: Double-click the Setup.exe file to start the installation.
- Win 7: Right-click the Setup.exe file and select “Run as Administrator” to start the installation.
Follow the instructions on the screen to install the Test Management Environment.

Important Win 7 Note: After TME N7800A has been installed on the PC. Always launch the TME N7800A
application “normal” mode, do not launch TME in “administrator” mode.
