Contact Agilent Technologies to purchase a license specific to your instruments. See also the TME Help system for details on how to install and manage these licenses within TME. * INTERNATIONAL USE - This application has limited support for country specific locale. Localization affects only the format of numbers and dates and times. Refer to the TME Readme.txt for locale configuration instructions. * ADMINISTRATION - The initial administrator password is left blank. - All required device information must be entered in the Administration tab before running tests. - Make sure all devices used have appropriate options to run the test suite as stated in the test equipment page. * CALIBRATION - Calibration Data for the Power Sensors can be obtained from Calibration Reports shipped with the sensors or from a calibration performed by a cal lab - Calibration Data for the Step Attenuators can be obtained from Calibration Reports shipped with the attenuators or from a calibration performed by a cal lab. (Note: Some of the performance tests require actual step attenuator calibration data to obtain valid results. Please refer to the Entering Calibration Information section in the Getting Started section of the Online Help for details on how to enter this data.) ====================================================================== 8. KNOWN ISSUES ====================================================================== 1. The HP 3458A Multimeter has a known hardware issue where it may fail to respond to GPIB queries. It occurs very infrequently, but if it does happen Agilent Test Management Environment (TME) will error out. Therefore, if any test that use the 3458A Multimeter errors out, the test should be repeated in case the failure was due to the multimeter failing to respond. Also, at the beginning of the test, if the TME fails to detect the multimeter after you have entered the correct serial, click Retry to allow the TME to detect again. 2. E4419A/B power meter has a problem when firmware version used is A2.03.00. It causes the software to crash during calibration. Any later version of firmware can be used. ====================================================================== 9. RELEASE HISTORY ====================================================================== - E.01.00 (July 2008). Initial release.
